Peter, you make the reader feel as if s/he were right in the fabulous kitchen with you. Fascinating, amusing story. Had no idea that turbot is so huge! Funny, how the German for cabillaud (Kabeljau) is pronounced almost exactly the same. (wonder which came first?) Is it possible to get Trois Etoile at OUR newsstands? How many copies do YOU have of it?
Best of luck with your next event(s). Frici

Peter, another fabulous culinary romp in fantastic Paris. You certainly make that city yours! It is so obvious how much you loved being there (despite lack of sleep). Thanks for including all of us in your experiences.
Good Luck on the next Chef's Table event. Love, Frici

Hey Peter,

I just read your blog aloud to Pierce as he is home in bed. Pierce says that you are an excellent story teller and that as I read your experiences to him, we both really were engaged and felt like we could experience a little of it vicariously. So proud of you and your accomplishments. Never had any doubts you would excel!!
